Although you can use the menu above to find the text versions of the performance plans on this website, it can be quite tricky to navigate your way around them, so they’re listed below, linking to the playlists on YouTube. (Check the Menu above for more info about each plan though)

One thing to say here is that these performance plans mean that you are sometimes faced with max intensity workouts. Only ever undertake strenuous exercise if you know your body can take it. If you’re at all unsure, check with a medical professional
