After the success of the 2000m plan, I looked back on it and wanted to change some of the workouts.
The Pete Plan is a great plan. But there are a few sessions with some really long rest periods. That’s perfectly good if you’re at home, but if you’re in a gym with people queuing for the machines, it’s not quite as good.
So I went back over the orignal 2000m plan, and created the Redux (redo) version of it.
