For #rowvember 2021 I did a series of rows – 30 Days of 30 Minutes.

After a warmup, a 30 minute row – mixing up intensities and stroke rates / paces throughout the series.

I did this series as a 30 Day Straight row – but you don’t need to. If you want to spread it over 40 days or more, then please do. Make sure to listen to your body and take a rest when you need to.

It’s November 2023, and I’m in the process of totally revamping this website, my apologies that this page is a little bare.  Check out the 500m plan page for an idea of they’ll all look like.
