After a warmup, a 30 minute row – mixing up intensities and stroke rates / paces throughout the series.

I did this series as a 30 Day Straight row – but you don’t need to. If you want to spread it over 40 days or more, then please do. Make sure to listen to your body and take a rest when you need to.
