Online Rowing Classes
For You - FOR FREE - Any Time
Guided workouts with stroke rates and pace guides provided before and during your row. Tips to focus on technique during sessions too.
Most importantly, our videos are available at any time, free of charge through our YouTube channel.
Why should we dictate what entertains you? The videos on YouTube have no music so you can play your own alongside the video (Soundcloud, or another YouTube tab is a good option)
If you want music, then head to the www.KinoMap.com app - where the same videos are available with music, and with connectivity to your rowing machine.
In order to help you follow the instructor, there are no camera angle cuts during the workout. Only a side on view to help you focus on rowing with the same rhythm.
You will be guided by a Concept2 certified, Gold medal winning and World Record holding indoor rowing instructor. But that doesn’t mean much to you. What should matter is that the experience is very much the opposite of the Alpha Male intructor types found elsewhere on YouTube and the internet. No shouting intros, no calls […]
A mixture of different intensities of workout will provide you with what you need that day. Foundation, Hard and ‘Top End’ workouts are all there for you to row along with. Drawing on workouts kindly provided by Fitness Matters Indoor Rowing through their Workout of the Week offering, and from experience rowing different plans through […]
Seriously, there’s no catch here. We make them, you row them. If you want to help – Subscribe to the YouTube channel, leave some feedback on the videos or comment on Facebook / Twitter (using #pdprowing and #indoorrowing)
Please, never give up on the technique talk. About the time you mention something I realize I’ve let it slip and you put me back on track. We need that positive reinforcement of technique!
Thank you for always explaining und talking, it motivates so much, please never stop it! Stay healthy.
Great lockdown workout 👍🏼🚣🏽♂️ always easier following a workout partner, thank you
You make it light hearted but keep the technique reminders going.
Best guided rowing videos out there!
I love your videos!
