After the success of the 2000m plan, I looked back on it and wanted to change some of the workouts.
The Pete Plan is a great plan. But there are a few sessions with some really long rest periods. That’s perfectly good if you’re at home, but if you’re in a gym with people queuing for the machines, it’s not quite as good.
So I went back over the orignal 2000m plan, and created the Redux (redo) version of it.
I’m still rebuilding this website with all the correct info, so for now, you’ll only get the YouTube playlist. Sorry!!!
