This morning's random "lucky dip" selected by the computer was 60 minutes at 24 spm, 2k+18-20 or 15-16. I opted for the easier pace since the legs were a little creaky after an energetic run yesterday.
I'm usually at 20 spm for 2k+18-20 or so but found that the lighter stroke from the higher rate worked well for this longer workout and ended up averaging 23 spm.
Brain in neutral, Pink Floyd in the headphones ... the time flew by.

Out of interest, how do you get the computer to randomly chose your workout?
Re: 60 minutes 24 spm
I used to go to one of the RowAlong playlists and ask YouTube to shuffle the pack and choose one for me. This works well enough but there are too many 30-minute workouts for my purposes. So I spent some time compiling and numbering my own list of workouts, and each morning I ask Google to choose a random number for me.

Brilliant! Nice! Great idea!

Became inspired by this post and as I'm not following a plan this was today's workout. And in honour of our glorious leader I'm currently putting myself outside 990 calories of spaghetti Bolognese.
