New guy from the USA

Greetings,
I decided on a whim that I needed to get in better shape, so started working out about a year ago, then wanted to add some cardio, and after trying a bunch of equipment at the gym, I bought a Concept2 RowErg just after Christmas. I'm not sure how I stumbled across John's RowAlong series but I'm glad I did. Currently working my way thru the 10,000m plan and the "Get fit by rowing" plans simultaneously by alternating between the two.

I just turned 61, and really like my C2 rower and especially rowing along with John's videos.
