@John Steventon I'm doing the 5k training plan and using the Ergzone app to set up my monitor. Everything was working well until Week 3 Session 5, which should be 20 mins at 24spm. The Ergzone app says 24 mins at 24spm.
I just thought I'd bring it to your attention so you can possibly correct it if it isn't a lot of work for you.
Obviously people can ignore it and set up their monitor themselves as I did.
