Rowed the Aviron session today called “Alternating 20/30spm for 20 minutes”.
I do love intervals for my rows, it makes the time fly by so quickly. And the red and blue progress bar in Zwift makes it doubly satisfying!
5 minute intervals are just a tad too long, so anything between 1 min and 4 minutes is fine with me!
