My last workout was a mix of strength training and cardio. I started with squats, lunges, and deadlifts to target my lower body. Then, I did some upper body exercises like push-ups, rows, and shoulder presses. I finished with a 20-minute HIIT cardio session, alternating between sprints and recovery periods.
