I'm Shaun from Wallasey, approaching 41 and overweight.
I have been into crossfit, rugby, football, running in the past but the last couple of years, moving house, new jobs, young children have meant my own fitness has (and waist line) have become not as desirable as if like!
Bought a rower, discovered rowalong and EXR and now I'm doing 3/4 rows a week. Slowly getting back into it.
Signed up to a learn to row double weekend at a local rowing club (LVRC) and need to get from my current 112kg down to 90kg to take part in the course!
Enjoying the rowalongs. And hoping to take part in this community.
