Drawing on workouts kindly provided by Fitness Matters Indoor Rowing through their Workout of the Week offering, and from experience rowing different plans through the years, the workouts are varied in duration and intensity and design, so keep you interested and coming back.
These workouts are labelled, and are grouped together to form the PDP Rowing plan if you want some structure to your rowing.
